    Shipping & Returns


    Shipping charges:

    For orders under 2kg the cost is set at 3 € and increases 1 € for each next kilo.


    When you place your order, you get the following message:
    "Your order was completed.

    Delivery dates and times:

    All orders are executed on the same day if the payment is completed by 15:00

    Products to the whole of Greece are shipped with Geniki Taxydromiki.

    The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.

    * It is also possible to deliver on Saturdays or limit the time of pickup (if selected at the completion of the order and fill in the hours in the comments). Shipping costs on Saturdays or in limited hours are increased by € 2.

    Product picking:

    The receipt of your order in one working day is done in all the major cities and capitals of Greece:

    Within 2 to 3 business days throughout the rest of Greece and Crete (areas outside the Prefecture of Lassithi and Prefecture), islands, provided the products you have ordered are available.

    For example, if you are in Prefecture Capital and ordered until 15:00 on Tuesday you will receive on Wednesday while in remote areas and villages you will receive Thursday-Friday.
    These deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure which may affect transfer times.

    If you want a carrier of your choice with which Hamza Telecom does not cooperate then the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.



    In the event that (due to HamzaTel's fault) you received a product which was defective or lacked specific desirable features as agreed ("lack of agreed properties") or a product other than the one you ordered (ie the code of the merchandise received was other than the order code), you are entitled to either full refund or, 
    alternatively, we can replace the product with another identical or similar, if available, of the same quality and value. In any case, HamzaTel will bear all return expenses provided you inform us within 15 days of the defect or error, otherwise the customer has to pay part or all the cost of the return. The money will be refunded within 21 days after the merchandise returns to the store. It is recalled that HamzaTel is liable as a vendor to their customers for actual defects or lack of agreed properties of its products, according to Article 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code.
